Backpacking in 2020 - Remembering the Sun

 After finishing a frigid hike today, it got me thinking about some of the summer backpacking that I did this year. I like to get out with these ladies on adventures a few times each year. Get yourself an adventure team ;)

Colorado Trail Segment 3 - with friends Kristi and Megan. Love all the adventures I have with these ladies.

This was such a sunny beautiful segment. I remember my pack being too heavy. The scenery and company were both lovely.

And then later that summer we completed segment 4. Equally good weather for this section as well as scenery.
